Seeking for an advice on whether I can classify tutors as contractors or am I require to employ them casually. I am in the process of starting up a Maths Tuition agency located in Queensland, Australia. I will also be needing help to review and update my terms and conditions and privacy policy to reduce my liability and cover against tutors stealing my clients or any legal actions to be taken against the tutors.
